Banana Smoothie Recipe
This is the most basic smoothie recipe and is a good starting place
for a lot of smoothie variations.

Ripe bananas (they've got to be ripe - be patient
if they're green) |
| 1/2 |

Plain non-fat yogurt |
| 1 |

Skim milk (or substitute soy milk or 1% milk) |

Vanilla |

Ice cubes |
| Add-ins (optional) |

Flax seeds (if you don't have a Vita-Mix,
grind the seeds first) |

Uncooked oatmeal |

Cocoa powder (use instead of the vanilla) |

Peanut Butter (mix in the cocoa and the peanut butter together) |
Place all the ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth. Drink
immediately.
